Today is my Dad's 60th birthday. I know he doesn't read this, but Mom does, so Mom, get him to come and take a look.

60 sounds old, until people close to you start reaching it, especially your parents! Then it doesn't seem so old!
If Dad can crawl around playing "Lions" with his granddaughter (among other things), he's still in good shape!
